Undercarriage Work

Ahh it's soo nice to finally have something other than green etching primer on the car.  I have to hand it to Jeff and the crew down at the body shop for knocking this out so quickly.  Looking over the bill here (yah I still have to pay those), they put about 166 man-hours into the car over a two week period.  So how many times do I have to say that sometimes it's well worth paying somebody to do it right the first time?  Yah, this is one of those times.  Anyways, they went down my list of goodies and knocked out everything and some.  Just for a quick recap, they molded in the rear fender flares, smoothed out the bottom and engine bay, applied undercoating, painted the inside and engine bay.  Anyone of those items was a beast in itself, but hey it's what makes any car really stand out.  Now they are waiting for the suspension to come back from the powdercoaters next tuesday and hopefully I'll have the car by friday.  Then comes the really fun stuff of getting everything truely installed.  Here's a few pictures I took today while the car was still in the paint booth.
